This is a New Old-Stock DURGA 4 hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece with a 7 tip opening.

The DURGA 4 is the previous generation of the now DURGA 5 from Theo Wanne. This mouthpiece is bright and powerful with a high step-baffle and large chamber. This mouthpiece has superb projection and fullness of sound.
