Introduced in 2015 on the fifty year anniversary of Bach Stradivarius manufacturing in Elkhart, this is the Bach Stradivarius 190S37 silver plated professional Bb trumpet.

Bach Stradivarius trumpets are the number-one selling professional trumpets in the world. Using construction techniques from 1965, they have combined the highest quality USA made materials, traditional hand-crafted processes, and vintage design elements to create a new model that has an amazing response and flexibility, a larger tonal core, superb resonance, and easy performance in all registers. Bach describes the sound as “rich, vibrant, broad, brilliant, and agile”.

The 190S37 combines the iconic features of the top rated vintage Bach trumpets to create a modern master-of-all-trades trumpet suitable for any player. Featuring a Mt. Vernon style #37 bell with a side-seam resulting in a rich, full sound with a large tonal core, with a consistent lead pipe that has improved intonation and response. Bach’s Research & Development team examined the most famous horns in Bach’s history to identify the optimal weight, construction, material, and assembly of Bach’s valve cluster. The resulting combination of two-piece valve construction with nickel balusters, New York style cast nickel Z braces, nickel silver outer slides, brass valve guides, and a steel bell wire provides a broad sound with a quick response and great feedback to the player. The silver-plate finish provides a controlled brilliance to the overall sound. These features, combined with a .459" medium-large bore, allow the player to produce an even and focused sound well-suited for all types of music.
